This is SaaS telecom infrastructure that deploys in weeks. That creates an unusually compelling opportunity: you are not promoting vaporware wrapped in consulting hours. You are demonstrating production-ready software with genuine technical and economic advantages.
This position focuses on securing the technical sale. You will deliver customized demonstrations, conduct technical discovery sessions, define solution parameters, and create precise RFP responses across all three Totogi product offerings. You need sufficient telecom expertise to discuss charging logic, billing workflows, CRM architecture, product catalogs, system integrations, 5G protocols, migration strategies, and rating complexity with authority—then translate those details into business outcomes within the same dialogue. This is not a support function, an implementation assignment, or a scripted presales position. It is designed for someone who thrives with demanding customers, rigorous technical scrutiny, and competitive situations where legacy approaches are no longer sufficient.
You will operate at the intersection of product capability, sales strategy, and customer requirements. Your deliverables must be rigorous enough that prospects commit to next steps, Professional Services can scope accurately, and the company advances toward closed revenue. If you have deep experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom modernization and want to represent a product that genuinely outperforms legacy incumbents, you should apply.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Running customer demonstrations that showcase the interface and functionality of Totogi's product suite
  • Conducting interviews with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical constraints, and validation criteria
  • Defining solution scopes for the Professional Services organization, aligning customer needs with Totogi's platform capabilities
  • Producing RFP responses that explain how Totogi's offerings satisfy the technical and business requirements outlined in formal procurement documents

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Closing deals or managing sales relationships with customers
  • Producing templated Solution Scopes that ignore the unique needs of each customer
  • Conducting sales enablement sessions or handling administrative workload

Presales Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully closing technical evaluations that move sales opportunities forward across Totogi's three product lines (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Basic Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering roles within the telecom BSS/OSS space
  • Proven track record leading technical sales engagements for charging, billing, or BSS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations and present to senior technical and business decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
