Role & Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Fitting and fixing pipes, taps, toilets, water heaters, tanks, and pumps.
• Locating and repairing leaks and blockages.
• Reading basic drawings and working to specifications.
• Estimating materials and reporting on completed work.
• Following site safety rules and leaving work areas clean.
  

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience.
• Trade certification or apprenticeship training (e.g., NVTI or City & Guilds), or equivalent proven experience.
• Experience with both installation and repair work.
• Own basic plumbing tools.
• Ability to read simple plans and measurements.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with supervisors and clients.
• Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria.
• Willingness to work across different project sites and locations.
  

Preferred

• Experience with boreholes, pumps, solar water heating, or large scale piping systems.
• Experience on construction or facilities maintenance projects.
• Welding or pipe fitting skills.
• Basic customer service skills for client-facing work.
