Job Title: Photographer / Videographer & Content Creator

Type: Full-time | Level: Junior to Mid-level | Location: Office

Reports to: Marketing Lead / Brands Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, reliable visual storyteller to plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content across our brand channels. You'll own content from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, campaigns, events, and product or service coverage
• Edit video (short-form reels, promos, event recaps, interviews) and retouch photos
• Plan shoots: shot lists, locations, lighting, equipment, and scheduling
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound, and color grading where needed
• Keep brand visuals consistent with our guidelines
• Organize, tag, and archive all raw and final assets
• Cover events and on-site activities, sometimes outside normal hours
• Track content performance and adjust based on what works
• Care for and maintain company equipment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation (strong portfolio can offset limited experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut, and Lightroom / Photoshop
• Solid grasp of composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling
• Comfortable with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, gimbals, and basic lighting and audio gear
• Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their formats
• Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Good communication and teamwork

Nice to Have

• Drone (licensed) experience
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, CapCut)
• Experience with corporate, healthcare, or events content
