Pharmacy Technician

Role Description This is a part-time / full-time, on-site Pharmacy Technician role based in Afrikiko. The Pharmacy Technician will support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, preparing and dispensing medications, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of prescriptions and ability to support safe, accurate dispensing practices.
• Foundational understanding of pharmacy operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Experience working as or alongside pharmacy technicians in a retail or hospital setting.
• Skills in inventory control, including stock monitoring, rotation, and documentation.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Certificate in Pharmacy Technology or related field; registration with relevant professional body.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
