Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and build trust with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, clinic safety standards, and proper use of aesthetic equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team and follow clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 medical environment and maintain professional conduct at all times.
