Overhead Crane Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and replace damaged parts.
• Check key components such as hoists, hooks, brakes, motors, limit switches, and wire ropes.
• Keep maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in overhead crane or lifting equipment maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and hands-on skills.
• Factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Good safety awareness and ability to work overtime when required.
