Operations Lead — Property & Guest Experience

At Bask, our promise is Exceptional Care. Lasting Value. We’re looking for a practical, organised Operations Lead to bring that promise to life across our managed properties and short-let units.

You’ll take ownership of daily operations, ensuring our spaces are clean, beautifully presented and ready for guests, while keeping our team coordinated and issues moving towards resolution.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, cleaning and laundry schedules.
• Inspect units before arrivals and maintain consistent housekeeping standards.
• Manage guest communication and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise cleaners and coordinate maintenance teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor electricity, internet, linen, supplies and other essentials.
• Keep accurate expense records and provide clear operational updates.
• Anticipate problems, follow through on outstanding tasks and suggest improvements.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who notices the details, takes initiative and gets things done without constant reminders. You should have:

• Relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, property management or a similar operation.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating teams and suppliers.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, WhatsApp and digital booking or task-management tools.
• The ability to travel between properties in Accra and accommodate guest schedules within agreed working arrangements.
