Are you organised, proactive, results-driven, and passionate about business operations and sales?
Makufoods Processing Enterprise is looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support the daily operations, sales performance, distribution, and growth of our food product brands.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate daily business operations.
✅ Monitor stock levels, production, and product replenishment.
✅ Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
✅ Support distributors, retailers, and sales representatives.
✅ Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand distribution.
✅ Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
✅ Improve operational efficiency and profitability.
🔹 Requirements
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills.
✔ Experience in sales, operations, or FMCG is an advantage.
✔ Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
✔ A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
