Job Title: Onsite Manager

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium entertainment and experience centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer experience, event coordination, facility management, staff supervision, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the experience centre
- Ensure all audiovisual, cinema, and smart technology systems are operational
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for guests and visitors
- Manage bookings, reservations, and event schedules
- Coordinate private screenings, corporate events, and special functions
- Supervise and support onsite staff
- Monitor sales, bookings, and operational performance
- Prepare operational and revenue reports
- Support marketing initiatives and customer retention efforts
- Ensure facility assets, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, customer service, or facility management
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing a customer-facing venue is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
