Role Description

The National Service Personnel (NSP) role at Enlace Education Services is a contract, on-site position based in Accra. The NSP will primarily support the company’s marketing, outreach, and client engagement activities.

The successful candidate will assist with promoting Enlace’s educational services, identifying prospective clients, and engaging students, parents, schools, organizations, and other potential partners. The role will involve participating in telesales activities, following up on leads, explaining the company’s programs and services, and supporting the registration and onboarding of new clients.

The NSP will also assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, school visits, community outreach activities, promotional events, and educational programs. Additional responsibilities include preparing basic marketing materials, updating client and sales records, gathering feedback from prospective and existing clients, and submitting accurate activity reports.

The position requires close collaboration with the sales, administrative, and program teams to support business growth and improve awareness of Enlace Education Services.

Qualifications

* A diploma in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

* Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

* Ability to engage professionally with students, parents, schools, organizations, and prospective clients.

* Basic knowledge of marketing, lead generation, customer follow-up, and promotional activities.

* Ability to participate in telesales, outreach campaigns, school visits, and client onboarding.

* Good administrative and documentation skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparing activity reports.

* Proficiency in email, word-processing applications, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.

* Creativity and willingness to assist with developing marketing content and promotional materials.

* Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work toward assigned targets.

* Ability to work on-site in Accra and collaborate effectively within a team.

* Must be eligible for the National Service Scheme placement.
