Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Service Personnel, located in Kumasi. The National Service Personnel will be responsible for performing various tasks including customer service, Marketing, and Operations responsibilities. Daily tasks also involve maintaining effective communication with clients, analyzing data, and supporting overall business operations. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who is dedicated to enhancing the service quality of Uxibox LLC.
Qualifications

- Effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Basic knowledge of Marketing
- Ability to work on-site in Kumasi
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or a related field is a plus
