Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for National Service Personnel based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The intern will support daily operational activities, including assisting with customer inquiries, documenting processes, and helping resolve basic service issues related to electronic payments. Responsibilities may include data entry, report preparation, and providing administrative support to various teams, such as operations, customer support, Marketing or technical staff. The role also involves learning company systems and procedures, adhering to compliance guidelines, and contributing to team projects as needed. National Service Personnel will gain practical experience in the fintech sector while working under supervision and collaborating with colleagues to meet organizational objectives.
