Role Description The National Service Personnel – Marketing role is a temporary, on-site position based in Accra. The individual in this role will support the marketing team with day-to-day activities such as assisting in the planning and execution of digital campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and contributing to social media and content initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of marketing activities, and providing general administrative support to help ensure smooth delivery of consulting services.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, customer feedback, and basic performance metrics.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Customer service skills to support client interactions, handle inquiries, and contribute to positive client experiences.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant tertiary education (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field) and eligibility for national service.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a team-oriented consulting environment.
