National Service Personnel

Your Assignment: The service personnel will assist staff in diverse areas: this ranges from practical work such as taking notes, distributing material, organizing, communicating with schools, traveling with the team/ teacher trainer when necessary, and demonstrating THE BOOK IN SCHOOL teaching methods in the classrooms. In other words, the job requires a willingness to serve in practical ways as also teaching skills, specifically in the English Language. Our preference is for graduates with an English degree or an Education degree. 

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor of Education or Bachelors of English, Theatre, Visual Arts and Music
• A committed Christian and identification with the academic and spiritual values of the program to assist and serve
• Willingness to travel within Ghana

Duration:  Start September 2026 to August 2027 

Recruitment Process:  After the initial shortlisting (with interview), the selected candidates will receive a training end of August, after which final assessment and selection will be finalized.

Hiring In: Navrongo, Bolgatanga, Nsutem, Achiase, Cape Coast, Accra, Tema, Volta and Kumasi
