Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Banker role based in Ho. The Mortgage Banker will work directly with clients to assess their financial needs, explain mortgage options, and guide them through the end-to-end loan application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, preparing and reviewing loan documents, coordinating with underwriting and compliance teams, and ensuring that all transactions meet regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective borrowers, following up on leads, and providing consistent updates to clients throughout the mortgage process. The Mortgage Banker will collaborate with internal teams to support overall branch performance and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending, including origination, processing, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Mortgages and Residential Mortgages, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Understanding of Loans and Finance, including credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly.
• Proven ability to build relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working with banking software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in lending or banking are an advantage.
