Mep & Processing Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP & Processing Maintenance Manager to join the team of a reputable client.

The Role

In this critical leadership role, you will be the custodian of our fixed infrastructure, energy systems, and industrial processing capabilities. You won’t just be maintaining the status quo—you’ll be a strategic partner in our expansion projects and the driving force behind our facility's operational excellence.

🔧 What you will do:

• Energy & Utilities: Manage critical power generation (Diesel/Solar/Grid), water treatment, and High/Low voltage distribution.

• Plant Reliability: Lead the maintenance strategy for our food processing facility, ensuring optimal machinery calibration and food safety.

• Cold Chain Integrity: Direct the upkeep of our industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate daily with Processing, Mechanical, Project, and Warehouse Managers to minimize downtime and integrate new infrastructure.

• Safety & Compliance: Champion strict safety protocols, including precise lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures.

🎓 What you bring to the table:

• BSc in Electrical/Electronic, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 9+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance, power generation, or automation.

• Deep technical expertise in Diesel Generators/Alternators, Industrial Refrigeration (Cold Rooms), and PLC/Automation systems.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to manage diverse technologies.
