Role Description
The Medical Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting medical products and services, and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, educating clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting market analysis, and preparing detailed reports. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team will be a key aspect of ensuring success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of healthcare products, medical devices, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and generating reports
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in medical sales or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
