Marketing Officer

Job Description

AgroCrown is seeking a proactive and results-driven marketing officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, market penetration, and product adoption across our target markets. This role requires frequent movement across various regions to support activations, field marketing, dealer engagements, and other promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns targeted at dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers

Coordinate and participate in regional marketing activations, product demonstrations, and promotional events

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior

Manage and maintain AgroCrown’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide marketing decisions

Track and analyze campaign performance to improve effectiveness and return on investment

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the agrochemical or agricultural industry

Strong knowledge of marketing principles including branding, product positioning, and customer segmentation

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across regions for field marketing activities
