Role Description

This is a contract role for a Marketing Manager based in Accra, and it requires on-site work. In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing trends, and aligning initiatives with business goals. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure consistent branding and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, tracking campaign performance, and implementing improvements to optimize results.
Qualifications

• Strategic Marketing and Campaign Management skills to create and execute marketing plans effectively
• Market Research and Analytical skills with expertise in identifying trends and interpreting data
• Branding, Advertising, and Communication skills to ensure consistent messaging
• Project Management and Budget Management skills for efficient resource allocation and campaign delivery
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
