The Role
We are looking for a switched-on Marketing Coordinator to work alongside the Director of Marketing in executing the marketing plan for our hospitality and real estate development clients. Your job is to communicate the right message to the right audience, keep brand presence sharp across every channel, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between brief and delivery..
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively to target markets the amenities, offerings, and benefits of each client property, including new developments, food and beverage provisions, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Work with local third-party partners, including media contacts and local official bodies, maintaining professional relationships that serve the client's brand.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact system relevant to the target audiences of each hospitality and real estate client.
- Work closely across client departments, sales, events, and operations, identifying proactive promotional opportunities and helping address specific business challenges through marketing.
- Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels, and production of marketing materials for specific events and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain client brand presence across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and listings relevant to hospitality and real estate audiences.
- Work within agreed marketing budgets, using resources effectively, and flagging any variances to the Director of Marketing.
- Track content approval workflows through the Director of Marketing to the CEO, ensuring nothing goes live without sign-off.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to read key business indicators and competitive trends, and develop practical responses to them
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working under pressure across fast-moving campaigns
- Solid written communication in English for both client-facing and internal outputs
- Intermediate to strong command of digital tools, including Google Workspace, Trello, and social media platforms
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, real estate, or leisure sector environment
- Prior marketing experience in a similar client-facing role
- Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost management
- A relevant degree in marketing, business development, or a related field
- Familiarity with Canva or social media scheduling tools
