Marketing and Sales Person

Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for pavement and building blocks.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Should be able to meet sales target of about 5000 square metres (250,000) pavers. Or equivalent for building blocks.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

 Product Knowledge:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s pavement and building blocks products.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the construction materials industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Someone who can ride motorbike, as a motorbike would be the means of transport
