Market Operations Analyst

You will be responsible for the quality of markets on WusuWusu — writing clear questions, specifying resolution criteria, monitoring open positions, and resolving markets accurately and on time. This role requires obsessive attention to detail and a deep interest in African current events. If you follow the Ghana Premier League, track Bank of Ghana MPC decisions, and know who the leading candidates are in every major African election — this role is for you.
Requirements
- ✓Strong research and analytical skills
- ✓Deep knowledge of Ghanaian sport, politics, and economics
- ✓Familiarity with financial markets and prediction markets a strong plus
- ✓Ability to write clear, unambiguous binary questions
- ✓Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets
