Role Description The Manicurist role at Cleliza Spa is a full-time, on-site position based in the Ayawaso. The Manicurist will perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and treatments that promote healthy nails. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients about preferred styles, recommending appropriate nail care services, and creating clean, safe workstations that comply with hygiene and sanitation standards. The role also involves providing nail art and enhancement services, coordinating appointments, maintaining product inventory, and collaborating with other spa professionals to deliver a seamless client experience. Consistent, courteous customer service and a calm, professional demeanor are essential.
Qualification

• Strong Nail Care and Nails skills, including manicures, pedicures, and basic nail health knowledge.
• Experience in Cosmetology and Nail Art to create stylish, creative, and on-trend nail designs.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build client loyalty.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Relevant certification or training in nail technology or cosmetology; prior spa or salon experience is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse team while respecting all clients and colleagues.
