WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

• Overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that the clinic's facilities, equipment and infrastructure are in optimal working condition
• Maintaining records of all maintenance activities, service contracts and equipment warranties
• Preparing a maintenance plan and budget for all locations
• Managing all maintenance supplier engagements and the payments for the maintenance supplier/providers with the support of the Clinic Manager
• Preparing monthly maintenance activities report including costs for distribution to management
• Identifying training opportunities for the maintenance team

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

Required Work Experience

• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, construction, ventilation and air conditioners
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance officer or related role
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, facility management software)

Required Qualification

• HND/VVTI Diploma or equivalent (Technical Certification in facilities maintenance preferred_
