Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Accra, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling life insurance products, offering personalized financial advice, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. Duties include educating clients about insurance options, developing tailored solutions, managing and renewing existing policies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Insurance principles and products
• Finance skills and the ability to provide financial guidance
• Commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service with professionalism
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related fields
