The Legal & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all business activities,
transactions, partnerships, and operations are conducted within a sound legal
framework and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role exists to:
• Protect the organization from legal risk
• Ensure that all agreements are enforceable
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support commercial activities with proper legal structure
• Prevent disputes, penalties, and operational shutdown risks
The Legal & Compliance Manager is accountable for:
• Legal integrity of all contracts and agreements
• Regulatory compliance across all operations
• Identification and mitigation of legal risks
• Supporting structured and secure deal execution
This is not a reactive legal role. It is a proactive risk management and commercial
support role.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in legal, compliance, or related roles
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
