Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Learning Facilitator role located in Accra. The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering mentorship sessions, coordinating educational tours, supporting students in their academic and career readiness, and guiding scholarship recipients through their programs. The facilitator will assist with creating learning materials, tracking student progress, and collaborating with families and other partners to ensure a supportive developmental environment. Administrative duties, such as maintaining records and reporting on student performance, will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong educational facilitation, mentorship, and instructional skills
• Experience in coordinating educational programs and events
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with adept interpersonal skills
• Organizational, time-management, and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools to support learning and communication
• Ability to collaborate with families, students, and colleagues in a professional manner
• Experience working with students in an academic or mentorship setting is a plus
• Ability to lead sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Commitment to fostering educational equity and inspiring student success
