Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid internship with flexibility for partial remote work, depending on location and team coordination.

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business customers for Bareconnect, an all-in-one commerce platform that enables businesses to manage both online and offline operations from a single system.

Your primary focus will be on researching and reaching out to businesses across multiple channels, including social media, calls, and direct outreach, to generate qualified leads. You will help build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers by initiating conversations, understanding business needs, and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team for conversion.

This role offers hands-on experience in outbound sales, business development, and real-world customer engagement, while directly contributing to company growth

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Solid Communication abilities for engaging with potential clients and team collaboration
• Sales expertise to support converting leads into customers
• Proficient Research skills to uncover opportunities and insights
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
