About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support land mapping, boundary verification, and real-time land transaction mapping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate land data capture, supporting property development, and enabling transparent land documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment
- Prepare accurate site plans, boundary maps, and topographic drawings
- Maintain and update digital land maps and spatial data systems
- Support real-time land transaction mapping and verification processes
- Verify land boundaries and resolve discrepancies in field data
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and legal teams on land-related projects
- Ensure compliance with land surveying standards and regulatory requirements
- Produce clear reports and documentation from field data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment (e.g., Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, Drones where applicable)
- Proficiency in digital mapping tools and GIS software
- Ability to work with real-time land transaction mapping systems or platforms
- Strong understanding of land measurement, boundary demarcation, and cadastral surveying
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and spatial data

- Experience working in land administration, real estate, or infrastructure projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
- Good communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
