Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra,North Kaneshie, combining kitchen assistant and sales attendant responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include supporting food preparation, assembling menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves attending to customers at the counter, taking orders, processing payments, and providing product information and recommendations. The kitchen assistant and sales attendant will help restock supplies, set up displays, and ensure that the service area is tidy and welcoming at all times. The position requires working closely with the team to deliver prompt service during busy periods and to uphold the brand’s quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with basic food preparation, follow recipes or instructions, and adhere to food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries and feedback respectfully.
• Basic sales and cash-handling abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and support smooth kitchen and counter operations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, including during peak service hours.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, take direction, and support colleagues in both kitchen and front-of-house tasks.
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written or verbal instructions.
