A reputable preschool in the West Hills area of Accra is looking for a KG Teacher
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach early years.
- Preparing lesson notes and schemes of work.
- Organize learning materials and resources.
- Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to stimulate children’s abilities.
- Assess student performance and progress to ensure they are growing their skills.
- Monitor children’s interactions and nurturing.
- Cooperate with administration staff.
Qualification & Experience Required:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of Montessori and Jolly Phonics will be an advantage.
- Should have at least 2 years working experience
- Relevant experience working with children in a classroom setting and must be comfortable with small class sizes.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, and be a person of integrity.
- Excellent knowledge of latest education theories and practices.
- Excellent Teaching and organization skills.
Location: Broadcasting near West Hills Mall, New Weija
NB: Would prefer candidates living around Dansoman, McCarthy Hill, Mallam, Weija, New Botianor, SCC, Broadcasting, Kasoa and its environs.
