JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented Key Account Manager, Business Development to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to revenue growth across multiple sectors.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard new service providers and strategic partners as well as retain them.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across SimFinance & InfoBoxx.
- Build and manage strong commercial pipelines.
- Managing the full partner acquisition lifecycle,
- Conduct product presentations, demos and partnership meetings.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Manage and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Support partners throughout onboarding and engagement.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong sales and negotiation skills,
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities,
- Good account management experience,
- Presentation Skills & Pipeline Management
- Strong commercial awareness,
- Ability to break deals, manage pipelines effectively and close strategic deals, ,
- And the ability to work across multiple industry sectors.
- Confidence in engaging enterprise clients and decision-makers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminstration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships or Account Management.
- Experience working with financial institutions or digital platforms is an added advantage.
