Investment Banking Executives At Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd

Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd is now seeking to hire profile Investment Banking and Marketing Executives to join its expanding team:- Investment Banking Executives
The successful candidate will source and lead execution of mergers and acquisitions advisory deals, financings, restructurings, capital market raises and other financial products/services. More specifically the Investment Banking Executive will;

• Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading and transaction comparables
• Participate in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of capital structures and M&A transactions
• Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from pitch phase through closings
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the firm
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Be a team player and have sold work ethics
• Have strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Demonstrate superior attention to detail
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and any other related discipline
• An MBA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
