Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Executive based in Accra, Ghana. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving international sales, managing key accounts, and promoting the company’s product portfolio within the West African region. The position requires identifying new business opportunities, understanding market trends, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The International Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in International Sales and International Business
- Experience with Customer Service and Account Management practices
- Effective Sales strategies with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research, cultural competency, and understanding of West African markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Accra and travel within the region as required
- Proficiency in French or other regional languages is an advantage
