Role Description The Intern will support the One Health Global Technologies team with a variety of operational, research, and project-based tasks related to digital health infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing documentation and reports, supporting product and platform research, and helping coordinate internal communications and meetings. The Intern will also contribute to process improvements, support cross-functional collaboration between technology and business teams, and learn about regulatory, compliance, and identity challenges in global healthcare systems. This is an internship role that is on-site and located in Accra.
Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize insights clearly and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare organized documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, collaboration platforms) and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in healthcare, technology infrastructure, data security, or regulatory compliance, with a willingness to develop domain knowledge.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Accra, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant academic program (e.g., computer science, information systems, public health, engineering, business, or related field) is beneficial.
• Prior internship or project experience in technology, data analysis, or healthcare-related environments is an advantage but not required.
