Delkor Logistics and Fiberk are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant. Our operations are powered by a robust, automated management system (Ultimate POS Premium ERP); therefore, we need a professional who can master this system to verify high-volume transactions and maintain the integrity of our digital records in real-time.

Responsibilities
- Operational Availability & Commitment: Our business model as a startup is built on responsiveness and high-volume daily output to meet our customer and client needs. Consequently, this role requires a professional whose availability is dictated by business demands rather than a standard clock.
- Extended Operational Hours: Candidates must be prepared to work well beyond the typical 8-hour workday, frequently maintaining a minimum of 12 hours when required, to ensure all operational data is captured and reconciled
- 7-Day Business Cycle: A consistent daily presence is required to manage the constant flow of goods and revenue.
- Weekend Engagement: Weekends are active business days; flexibility is required to support peak retail periods and inventory audits.
Key Responsibilities
- System Integrity: Daily management of the Ultimate POS Premium ERP to ensure all sales (online, store, and field) are accurately reflected.
- High-Volume Reconciliation: Balancing cash, mobile money, and bank payments against system reports at the close of the business cycle.
- Omni-Channel Reconciliation: Verifying high-volume revenue from physical retail, e-commerce, and field transactions
- Live Inventory Monitoring: Ensuring physical stock levels of phones, appliances, and general goods match digital records across all points of sale.
- Real-Time Inventory Control: Managing valuations for high-value appliances and general goods across multiple distribution points using the ERP system
- Logistics Expense Management: Tracking real-time operational costs, including delivery and field agent expenses.
- Cost Analysis: Evaluating the efficiency of our logistics network and "Free Delivery" service model to optimize margins.
- Financial Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers and financial reports in a fast-paced environment including but not limited to taxes, payroll and all compliance under the Ghana Labour Act.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with Ultimate POS Premium ERP (or similar systems like Odoo, Tally, or Busy) is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an accounting and data-intensive role, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced "always-on" startup environment.

Salary: GHS 4,000.00 per month (Gross)
