Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tema for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on life insurance and financial solutions that align with their needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, analyzing their insurance requirements, explaining policies, providing tailored recommendations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves educating clients about their coverage and assisting with ongoing policy management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance industry solutions
• Consulting skills to assess client needs and provide tailored advice
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently while meeting sales and service goals
• Attention to detail and a proactive, result-oriented approach
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
