Instructional Designer (e-learning Content Developer)

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging, interactive, and effective online learning experiences for students on our platform. You'll work with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality e-learning courses and materials.

*Responsibilities:*

- Design and develop e-learning courses, modules, and materials aligned with learning objectives

- Create interactive content (quizzes, activities, simulations)

- Collaborate with educators/subject experts to ensure accuracy and relevance

- Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and user-friendly

- Test and review content for quality

- Stay updated on e-learning trends and best practices

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in instructional design/e-learning

- Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)

- Strong communication and project management skills
