Rafimex is a full-service FMCG distributor in Ghana, connecting leading international brands with retailers across the country. As our operations grow across multiple branches, we need someone to own the CCTV systems that keep them secure and accountable.

The role

You'll be responsible for the health of our CCTV network across all branches, from daily monitoring and remote troubleshooting to storage management and reporting. You'll work closely with branch teams, technicians, and management to make sure every camera is online, every recorder is storing properly, and every issue is caught early.

What you'll do

• Monitor the online/offline status of CCTV cameras and recorders across all branches daily
• Troubleshoot camera, NVR/DVR, and network connectivity issues remotely
• Check storage status reports from each shop and track hard drive usage
• Identify recorders with nearly full or failing storage and arrange for a technician to replace or clear them
• Review CCTV footage when needed and report incidents or issues to management
• Coordinate CCTV installations, repairs, and upgrades at branches
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on system health, downtime, and incidents
• Keep an up-to-date record of all cameras, recorders, and storage devices per branch

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' hands-on experience with CCTV setup, installation, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and remote viewing software (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches, PoE)
• Strong reporting skills and comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently across multiple sites
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential footage responsibly

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a multi-branch retail or distribution business
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• General IT support skills (PCs, printers, POS, Wi-Fi)
