1. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
2. Inspect electrical machinery, control panels, wiring, motors, switches, and other electrical components.
3. Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
5. Install and maintain electrical motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and control systems.
6. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
7. Test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate testing instruments.
8. Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, connections, and installations.
9. Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, control panels, and automated electrical systems where applicable.
10. Inspect and maintain generators, distribution boards, transformers, and related electrical equipment.
11. Replace faulty electrical components, cables, switches, breakers, and other parts.
12. Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and electrical protection systems are maintained.
13. Conduct regular electrical safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
14. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
15. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts used.
