Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources Officer to manage and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, employee management, and HR systems while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage staff

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee records and HR documentation

• Handle employee relations and workplace issues

• Support performance management and staff development

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Assist in developing job roles and organizational structure

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee management

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is an advantage

• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
