Housekeeping Utility

• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas, crew areas, officer cabins, and restrooms (vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, floor care, and waste removal).
• Provides cabin services including turn-down service, laundry/valet support, and luggage handling.
• Handles cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper use, storage, and inventory control.
• Supports ship operations through embarkation/disembarkation duties, towel and umbrella distribution, wheelchair assistance, and requisition management.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, public health, outbreak response, and company policies and procedures.
• Delivers excellent guest service, addresses concerns professionally, and maintains effective communication with guests and crew.
• Participates in training, teamwork, and onboarding of new staff while maintaining high-performance standards.
• Assists with maintenance, reports equipment issues, minimizes waste, and promotes cost awareness.
• Upholds professionalism, confidentiality, grooming standards, and company code of conduct at all times.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management
• Good English communication skills required.
• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are preferred.
