Prixin Company Limited is seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies on site
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents and unsafe practices
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers
- Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Support management in promoting a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
- Professional HSE certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in construction or civil works
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management
- Good reporting, communication and interpersonal skills
