Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.
  • 5+ years in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
