To provide overall leadership and direction to the department.
Qualification Required & Experience

• �� M.Phil/Ph.D. in English/ Communication Studies/other related fields;
• �� Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience in undergraduate / postgraduate courses at tertiary institution with Research Papers published in National/International Academic Journals;
• �� Candidates already working as HOD/Sr. Lecturer will be given preference;
• �� Administrative skills and ability to manage students in a multi-cultural environment for measurable successes and development;
