Requirements:
- The applicant must have taught and supervised teachers using the UK curriculum. (Pearson, Oxford or Cambridge) as well as GES.
- The applicant must have strong leadership and classroom supervision.
- Must represent management well in his/her department.
- Must hold regular workshops, peer teaching and trainings with teachers.
- Must maintain discipline in his/her department without resulting to physical harm.
