Job Description
To execute the Card and Payments strategy in country in alignment with business lines (i.e. Personal and Private Banking - PPB), and country objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Card and Payments strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee product portfolio management, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid solutions, and digital payment offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure business targets are achieved.
  • Manage third-party partnerships and sales channels to expand market reach and distribution capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all Card and Payments operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Operations, Technology, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the payments industry.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required
Products
Personal and Private Banking
8-10 years
Experience in the management of Card and Payments as a product, including the payments industry, third party sales channels and partnerships.
