Growth & Commercial Partner

Our sister brand is focused on helping people discover, review and recognise standout African cinema.

We’re looking for a Growth & Commercial Partner who is genuinely passionate about movies and can help turn the platform into a strong cultural and commercial brand.

You’ll play a key role in:

• discovering and bringing the right films onto the platform;
• building an active community of movie lovers and reviewers;
• creating a distinctive social media presence and campaigns;
• building relationships with filmmakers, studios, festivals and entertainment partners;
• growing participation around reviews, movie discovery and awards;
• identifying sponsorships, partnerships and other monetisation opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the brand, audience and commercial ecosystem from an early stage.

Who we’re looking for

A movie enthusiast with strong instincts around culture, content, community, partnerships and business development. Experience in film, entertainment, media, marketing, partnerships or community building is valuable, but genuine passion, initiative and execution matter most.

Partnership Structure

This is a revenue-sharing partnership, not a conventional salaried role. The selected partner will participate directly in qualifying commercial revenue generated as the platform grows, with stronger upside for opportunities they directly originate and close.
