Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra.This role involves creating visual assets for product packaging, marketing materials, social media content, and corporate communications. Daily tasks include developing graphic concepts, designing logos and brand elements, preparing print-ready and digital files, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency. The Graphic Designer will adapt existing designs, refine typography and layout, and ensure all visuals align with the company’s identity and target audiences. The role also includes participating in creative reviews, managing multiple design projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating both print and digital materials.
• Ability to develop effective Logo Design and Branding solutions that support a consistent visual identity.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, including packaging or FMCG-related projects (preferred).
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
