Job Summary
A reputable real estate company dedicated to reshaping the Ghanaian residential real estate landscape with smart and sustainable architecture and city orientations. A flagship development incorporating green and smart architecture is currently under construction with phase II expected to commence soon. The company is currently rebuilding internal structures and systems to steer tits growth ambitions and align its growth paths with its vision and values. The general manager role, working directly with the CEO, will be responsible for the strategic implementation and steering of this growth agenda and structuring and systems alignment to drive performance from all within the organization. In addition, the general manager will be responsible for the effective day to day running of business activities and coordinating the operational functions of the firm for effective and efficient performance. The General Manager will lead and manage a team, develop strategic plans, and foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- A Masters or higher degree or certification or both preferred;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior management role;
- Experience in leading multifunctional and multi-business teams;
